"This place was terrible and I do not recommend. We arrived at 6 AM at the property and our room was not ready until 3 PM. Several guests that arrived before 3 PM were given rooms earlier for check in but they seemed annoyed that we kept asking. Terrible service. They told me I had an “upgraded room” ..."

"Very friendly and accommodating staff ,especially Wenci and Alessandro , in the restaurant. It would had been complete if there was an oatmeal in the breakfast buffet menu. Nobody seemed to know what it was , they kept pointing me to the porridge which is rice , not oats. Very convenient location ..."
