"Really nice place to stay, great location and super helpful and frindly host! Only one thing that bugged us was the bathroom smell, probably because of the age of the building"

"The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

"A nice, simple room very convenient to the station, restaurants and ferry terminals. Nice few of the harbor. Very responsive host and the woman who prepares breakfast was very nice and accommodating."

Non attenti alle esigenze del cliente anzi se ne fregano ,cibo da mensa , ho avuto seri problemi alla reception,tanto da dover rivolgermi al direttore . Camera non corrispondente a quella pagata . Spiaggia a pagamento non specificata .Da evitare "
