"Water heater is not working, no refrigerator in room, no microwave "

"The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. The lady who checked us in made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is a cool place.we had a clean room with a balcony for a reasonable price. The place doesn’t have amenities but clean very quiet and friendly. I would return again ☺️ thanks for a nice stay. "

"Magarra met my expectations when it comes to have a serene place to relax and well-being. I enjoyed the food in the dining and we never look for better choices to dine for they granted what we need. Staff are excellent, all polite and they make us feel at home.The sceneries are a plus, too."

"The room we had was excellent. The only thing is the presence of monkeys was not disclosed on the booking site and i am scared of animals. So all the time i was thinking of themonkeys would come out in our Casitas veranda or on our way in and out. Otherwise our stay was very good and food are tasty."

"Room smelled, something from the drainage pipes, had to go out and buy air fresheners. New hotel, no usb charging outlet. Internet never connected. One time I got connected it dropped in 10 min. They can not program room key cards, you need to turn in card so next guest can use. Room safe never worked and was not even connected to anything. They should not have opened until they get everything working"

"Perfect location! Literally 2-3 minutes from the two largest mall in the area. Staff is amazing, they are very attentive, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. That certainly made a difference. The hotel has the basic things that you need and is actually cute and cozy. Great AC, hot water, and a restaurant on site. Would definitely stay there again"
