"When we arrived at the hotel the front door was so heavy that I actually thought it was locked so I rang the bell which didn’t please the receptionist. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. "A lovely place to stay with excellent facilities, overlooking the beautiful city of Salamanca, just a short walk down then over the Roman Bridge. Plenty safe parking and the restaurant menu looked good, though we don’t eat there. My only criticism would be the couple of surly, inattentive staff in the bar in the early evening.
