"We had an excellent stay at Hotel Carlos V. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the staff was efficient, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options, and the restaurant staff was especially professional, kind, and attentive. We also truly appreciated the reception team for helping us arrange transportation to the Puy du Fou show, which made everything so easy. The terrace atmosphere and amazing views were a highlight, and the hotel’s central location made exploring Toledo very convenient. We would happily stay here again and continue creating wonderful memories in Toledo. Highly recommended!"

"My parents-in-law from England stayed there for four days. They only speak English. From our point of view, all tourist accommodations should have someone on their team with a good level of English who is able to maintain a conversation. The Blue Windows´manager told me that, speaking English was not part of her “business model,” and I completely disagree. The only person who demonstrated this high level of professional communication was Ms. Sandra García. Thanks to Ms García, for her care and excellent attitude at all times when they need support."
