"Room needs an update. It was ok to sleep but our window had a dismal view on the bottom floor and we just had to keep the drapes closed as privacy was an issue. Room could be detail cleaned."

"If you are traveling to Avignon check out this hotel. It is located at an ideal location within the central part of the city and is close to many restaurants and shops. We were greeted warmly by the staff. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready but we were able to check our luggage and begin enjoying the town. The room was a very nice size with large windows that let in a lot of sun and provided a great view. The bed was very comfortable and the shower refreshing. Thank you for a very nice stay! One recommendation: add some shelving in the bathroom so there is a place to store toiletries."

"It was a wonderful historic hotel with many excellent staff caring for our every need. The restaurant 5 star with delicious creations. Breakfast staff helpful and some excellent choices to eat before we set off for our day. Mathilde was wonderful and not only looked after our food choices but also gave us a few destination suggestions. From here it is a short trip to Pont de Gard where we swam below a Roman bridge also Gordes and Isle le Sorgue. Hope to return."

"This is a high-end destination place with a wonderful pool. However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo... Finally, when you have a parking issue--the lot is five minute walk from the hotel--make sure your staff is trained to deal with people coming back from dinner after 10pm. We had a problem they apologized for, so no need to repeat the experience. In general, great potential with properly staffed facility (just because you are full doesn't mean you cannot serve your guests). For the kind of money this place commands, please make the effort upfront and not apologize afterwards."

"Apartment was a little dated and tired, but generously sized, clean and well equipped. Staff very helpful and courteous. Parking space was limited and not always possible to park close to the door. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was convenient and quiet and much appreciated as weather was exceptionally hot. Hotel was ideally placed to use as a base when touring the area."
