"Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused. "

"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"Wonderfully quaint B&B in and old mill. Our room was right up in the roof space. Might not be suitabe for some as the stairs are very steep and windy, and our room had two low beams at face height, but it certainly had character and charm."

"staying at Maison D’eclaibes was the most memorable stay of our two week trip to Europe. My favorite quiet environment in the countryside. The host listened to my limited English conversation. And for my wife love of boiled beans. And the next morning it came out for breakfast. Please continue staying at this inn forever. If possible, i would like to visit again someday. "Excellent option for overnight stay, nice large family room"

"As a solo traveller with no car the hotels location was not as convenient as I'd expected an "Airport Hotel" to be. A 27min walk from the terminal or a €13 taxi fare. Other than vending machines for snacks and drinks, the only other options were a r vending machine in the car park or a petrol station about a 10min walk away. The hotel was clean and tidy in general but the carpet on the 2nd floor corridor was very dirty. Staff were pleasant and the breakfast as basic but adequate."
