"We loved the view from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We took a longer walk over the nearby bridge to see the beach and old fort. Breakfast was also really good, and we enjoyed eating in the restaurant with a view of the marina. "We liked the location. Quiet but close to everything. University College Cork was a few blocks away…lovely campus. Fitzgerald Park was not far…great playground, stopped to watch a Cricket match at the Cork County Cricket Club that is right next to the park. Short walk to the city centre. The hotel restaurant is great. Highly recommend. "
