We were looking for a place to spend the night on our way from Rome to Monaco, this place, although only a few miles from the freeway, it is located on a mountain with narrow roads that take almost 40 minutes to drive. The check in is by yourself, there are only 6 rooms and when we got there at 7 pm we were the only people in the whole building. "Dirty APARTMENT ROOM…was across the street from the lobby. Very scary broken stairs going up to the room/ the room had MOLD ON THE DINGY DIRTY shower curtain / spider webs in kitchenette / phone didn’t work/ water came out slow and light from shower …was chipping..off/ broken appliances etc. "
"Overall is good. We were able to use kitchen wares and we enjoyed the sea view with the balcony. It was unexpected that a queen bed and a full bed is in the same room and another full bed is in the dining room. We have two couples so it was really a bit awkward. "

"The views are amazingnfrom the room balcony. It is sparkling clean and everyone is super friendly! Breakfast is good and honestly I can recommend this hotel 100%. It is by the new marina, walking distance to old and new town so plenty of restaurants all around. Aircon in the room was very good! Thank you for a wonderful stay."
