"Nice hotel in a good location. The staff were helpful and stored our bags as we arrived early. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very big and there was a great choice of tasty food."

"Hotel was a bit dated. Very clean and breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Staff were professional and very helpful. However the mattress on the bed was uncomfortable - too hard. The room was tired and needed modernising, especially the bathroom. There was no air conditioner so the room got hot and airless, we had the window open but experienced noise from passing traffic. The hotel was near to the city centre, only a 10-15 min walk. "

"Excellent Location, could not fault any aspect of this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Travelled with son who has food allergies and he was extremely well catered for. One particular member of staff stood out and that was Michaela in the breakfast room. Definitely recommend."

"The hotel was well located. Easy access but not right in the middle of everything which is what we prefer. There were some lovely restaurants around the hotel area. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. The only thing we didn’t like were the breakfasts. They were really sub par which was disappointing and quite unusual."

"We had no AC in our room and they stated they do not turn it on for the entire building until the following week. They brought us a fan to plug in. Weird bc the common areas most definitely had AC. Would not have booked with no AC in the room. Location was good and staff was very nice. A lot of older people staying there. "

"Pros: breakfast had gluten free options, Clean room, good location, good value for money. Cons: sound proofing could be improved. We were in a front room, which overlooked a noisy macdonalds. We didn't ask to swap rooms as were only there for 2 nights, with hindsight would have been a good idea to at least have asked to swap."

"Great hotel in the Verona center. Very convenient to the most attractions of the city. Rooms are modern and specious enough, very clean as well as bathrooms. Breakfast is very good where you can always find what you like. Staff of the hotel always helpful and polite. Highly recommended !!"

We were made to feel special at all times, with staff consistently attentive to every detail and always willing to help, including assisting us with transportation, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. "Very clean and modern accommodation, the location was fantastic as well with the piazza being only a matter of a couple minutes walk away and 15-20 minutes from Porto Nuova train station. Staff were fantastic and check in process was made simple with the instructions they sent over on WhatsApp. Definitely recommend for your next trip to Verona! "
