"We have stayed at the Cloudside before. We appreciate the special care of the staff. The ammenities are above and beyond the usual sample size. It is like being home, actually. Parking is a bit dicey if the hotel is busy, but they make accommodations for parking within walking distance. The property is just a couple blocks from Baker St. and eateries. "

"Had to ask to have room cleaned at 3:00 in the afternoon after our first night stay on a 2 day stay! Noisy pipes that rattled all night long both nights. Had an extra $100 added to my bill when I checked my Visa charge for no reason! Would not stay here!!"

"Convenient location. For an older hotel, facility was in good shape inside the hotel. Room had been updated and renovated with clean carpet, good bed, desk and bathroom updates. Clean and comfortable."

"We stayed in a king room. It was nice, but quite small…you couldn’t fully open the door without it hitting the bed. That wasn’t an issue for us since we don’t need a lot of space, but it’s something to be aware of. The room and bathroom were clean overall, although we did find a few small beads (like from a bracelet) in the bed. That said, the sheets smelled fresh. The shower looked great aesthetically, but it was quite small and a few of the features didn’t work properly. It was also a bit tight to move around in, though it didn’t matter much for our short two-night stay. The rooftop hot tub was a nice highlight. It overlooks part of the lake and can be booked privately, which makes it feel more relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They weren’t always at the front desk, but there was a bell to reach them when needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back. At $150 per night (taxes included), it felt like good value especially with how easy it was to walk around town."
