"We were very impressed with the hotel. We were early to arrive and the reception not only looked after our luggage before we could check in, they delivered it to our room for us. We were given great information to help us with our visit. The room was a corner room with a bath and incorporating a showers ( could have been more pressure in the shower). Spacious room overlooking the Titanic museum. The choice at breakfast was excellent. We had a very enjoy stay."
"Cleanliness , staff all excellent. Didn’t breakfast there but dining area clean and bright and smelled good. No parking on site which was disappointing but they operate a vallidation of parking ticket from the Go Park Great Northern multi storey opposite the hotel. Don’t how that works if you’re in and out of it a lot. Great location for city centre, trains, buses. Lots of places to eat and Tesco Expresses, Greggs etc."
"Room was very clean with crisp clean bedding. The only point to make is the water inlet from the toilet cistern into the bowl was water stained.
Chunky chips would be a nice option as skinny fries just don’t go with battered fish! A proper veggie burger would also be nice rather than the vegan pretend to be a burger, though the potato wedges were very good.
Staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant and a big shout out to Scott for assisting me at breakfast."
"Convenient to bus/train station but taxis would not transport because it was so close.
Housekeeping services were very late (5:30 p.m. on one day) and not complete. Beds not made up and one day towels not refreshed (although they were not left on floor)."
