"Fantastic hotel, but the air conditioning had limited control, meaning we had to go to reception at 3am to get it switched back on as the room was very hot.
Restaurant is superb quality, not cheap but worth treating yourself, the tiramasu is an experience. "

"Everything was perfect and I have to stress the upgrade I received, by courtesy in the reception, for a room in the main building with very good conditions without any change. The only thing I considered less was the breakfast that had a few variety of food."

"This is a quiet spa resort in the countryside. I stayed as it is dog friendly and needed an overnight on way through the area. Very nice place. A bit dated. Lots of people on package tours. The restaurant is decent, and the prices are fine. The gardens are lovely. Unfortunately I was unabelt o try the spa facilities but definitely will come again. "

"Horrible experience! Our reservation with Expedia was confirmed and paid. Cristina, the manager of the hotel told us she did not receive our Expedia reservation and that they no longer worked with Expedia. It was 21h, we found ourselves without accommodation, and instead of being sorry and finding a solution, she did not care, was rude and told us to call Expedia. When she finally proposed us a room in another hotel, she made us pay to her directly and gave us the room keys. It turned out it was a 1 star hostal she was also runninh, in the middle of a village near by, no swimming pool, no view, very basic, and not cheap. NEVER AGAIN! FLEE THIS PLACE AND THIS WOMAN!"
