"We cannot say enough amazing things about the Windjammer. The trip was absolutely flawless from our pickup at the airport to our greeting as soon as we arrived.
The resort itself is breathtaking - from the hilltop villas, to the lobby, to the beach, the entire place feels like the most perfect place on Earth. We truly do not understand how a place so beautiful exists.
Beyond the beauty of the environment, what made our trip were the people that we met there. Coming from a career in hospitality I can confidently say that the staff at the Windjammer are some of the most incredible hosts I have ever encountered. Everyone there made us feel so special and taken care of. Joel, Leeshawn, Keenan and Nate felt like family by the end of the trip. The boys made us have a blast everyday on the beach and truly catered to the vibes we were looking for. Vernel was an incredible server and we had the best time with her everyday we saw her at Jammers. It is because of these people that we left so incredibly happy and without a doubt will return. The Windjammer is doing all the right things and truly an experience we will never forget. After being there we understand why guests have been returning for 20+ years. We look forward to returning and becoming a lifelong guests. "
"The staff was amazing. Akai, Bshem, Rashad, Kimani- they made our stay so much fun! The bar tenders at all of the bars were so lively and friendly, they had fun themed nights and activities to do. Cannot forget to mention the food at the buffet and restaurants were delicious, especially the Asian themed restaurant "Silk", the sushi was amazing! We will definitely be back. "
"The whole trip was amazing. From the airport pickup to the airport drop off.
All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially, Janet, Jolene, Princess, Brandon, Jaffrey, and of course the lovely Jem on reception who was so helpful and showed a real interest in our board games of Sequence. I hope she has played it now and enjoys it as much as we did. The entertainment was fun, and the pool aerobics were a real highlight.
The staff at the pool bar and the restaurants were all so attentive and professional. They are a credit to the hotel and their smiles prove that it is not only a great place for guests, but a great place to work. Well done Bel Jou!

Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort
10/10 Excellent
"First time to St Lucia and a Royalton hotel. We were very happy with our trip staying there. We had a swim up unit on the end which was great. We had stayed at other all inclusive places in the Caribbean but was very happy with the night life the Royalton had. And when I say nightlife I don’t mean anything bad or too “adult” ish, but just that they made an effort to keep people entertained once the sun went down. The night concerts were a blast. Was much better than our experience with a competition company with a “S”. We also like the food options and the all day buffet was great as my wife and I didn’t always agree on what we wanted but could have anything at the buffet. Breakfast was my favorite as they had plenty of option for my USA palette. Although it was nice to try the local and other country options. Definitely recommend this hotel as we plan to come back in 5-6yrs. We are traveling around the Caribbean each year and hope to be back soon. Will definitely be staying at a Royalton again regardless of island. (The vibe team was Amazing here!! Hope they get that recognition) also, I definitely recommend doing the volcano/mud bath trip. It’s mainly all day but was very cool to experience the culture and see the island as a whole. And drink a piton, next to the piton mountain. "
