• Breakage deposit: EUR 200 per stay

• Cleaning fee: EUR 140 per accommodation, per stay.
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 20 per person, per week
• Management fee: EUR 10 per accommodation, per stay
• Utility fee: EUR 4 per accommodation, per night
