He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. "The location it’s far away from downtown, and the transportation it’s limit and expensive.. if you travel with family it’s not convenient because of the transportation and lack of restaurants around … the staff and the owner it’s super nice .. but they don’t clean and I rooms are not clean enough… "

"This was a great little place to stay on Cat Ba. When we went it was just the start of the tourism season, and there were a lot of building works next door. The layout of the hotel is lovely but there are a LOT of stairs - ours ended up on the 4th floor with no lift available! The staff very kindly took our luggage up and down however but this is important to note! The breakfast is ok, nothing special, and doubtful they make it fresh when you order - I think they cook it that morning and leave...
