Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again.

Very friendly owner . To hard to walk any were . We drove to the water a bit of work . Nice shopping around the corner.

Carmen and Claudia were very helpful and very friendly. Carmen gave us great travel suggestions and waited late for us after we had some travel delays. The breakfast pastries were worth the extra euros. The view was gorgeous. We would love to go back.
