"Stay started off terrible, chose pay at the property to check in on 3/20 -3/22, but was charged 1 night without notice on 3/17. Then upon check in was told to pay a $150 incidental deposit which is an extreme amount at a Holiday Inn and this was not spelled out in any correspondence. I negotiated down to $100 incidental fee. I am not happy with the hidden actions and fees. 3 stars"

"Sheets were dirty, there was a roach in the room, floors were not swept, bath towel was dirty and hair on them. The shower was not cleaned properly, I could see hairs on the wall. The sofa and chairs had spots on them, we didn’t even want to sit down. "
