Country Cascades Waterpark Resort
Our reservation was cancelled. Was not informed until we arrived, after a 7 hour drive…. Their systems were down. So I cannot rate their facility as we could not stay

The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg
Property was clean and beautiful! My family loved our stay here. The pool area was a major hit and we enjoyed sitting outside by the fire each night. We will recommend to friends/family and stay here again in the future!

Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room.
