"I had had an accident during the day and on checking in at Hampton Hilton Broad Street Birmingham receptionist Marie noticed that I was shaken from the day’s events. Marie was kind, sympathetic, friendly and very helpful. Marie made our stay even better with her kindness - thank you so much Marie your support was amazing and I really appreciated your kindness. "Stayed here for the racing at Doddintgton what a great stay we had the room was immaculate , clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable that we have ever had and the tv was great we could even watch our own netflicks ! Breakfast was lovely and the staff were too We will definitely return again ."
