"The room was what you would expect for a beach motel. It wasn't excellent but it certainly wasn't horrible. Everything is within walking distance. The beach, boardwalk, shops, water park, restaurants, and convenience stores are all about 5 minutes away. The room could have been a little cleaner but by no means was it disgusting. I asked for a broom and a staff member brought it right to me. It has a small kitchenette with stove/oven and fridge. Only thing I wished was that there was a microwave. There were only 3 towels in the room for 3 people for 5 days (I did bring my own as well) but again I asked for more and was brought 3 more. Also, you must bring your own pots and pans and utensils. There is a small kitchen table with 3 chairs. We had 2 double beds and a pull out sofa. However, the pull out sofa was stuck halfway closed and none of us would have been able to sleep on it anyway as the "mattress" was nothing but springs and coils. It is under new ownership so I'm hoping the tiny little things I mentioned will improve. All in all this was definitely worth the money for the convenience because once you are there you really don't need to drive anywhere unless it's to the grocery store or you opt to go somewhere else. I would say 5 stars for convenience, 4 for staff, 3 for cleanliness and another 5 for pricing."
