"An amazing, charming hotel! The town is small, but it is very central to a lot of sights!
We called the day of to arrange what time we would be arriving and the host was very friendly and it was not a problem (we didn’t see that in the reservation it says to call the day before to arrange what time you will check in).
We parked outside of the hotel in the white lines - which is free parking. There is a big parking lot nearby you have to pay a small fee.
We booked the cheapest room and it was SO charming. Beautiful, spacious and relaxing.
We had dinner at the restaurant at the B&B and it was also really good. It’s in the backyard area, very cozy.
The breakfast we paid 12 euros for and was delicious! Nice homemade treats, breads and they were able to make eggs any way.
Overall I highly recommend this as your base for exploring! We only stayed one night, but if we were to plan otherwise, we would have stay at least two nights. "
"This was a great stay for my family in Normandy. We had just done Paris and were looking forward to a little quiet while in Normandy. This Bed & Breakfast did not disappoint. The facility is gated so we felt very safe throughout and felt free to leave our cottage open while out for breakfast or going for walks. We enjoyed talking with other guests during breakfast. Each day there was something different offered for breakfast and Delphine made eggs to order. There was plenty of room outside for my children to play outside in the fields and to eat tasty raspberries that grew on the property. I would recommend!"
"The property is beautifully landscaped, full of flowers. The themed rooms are clever: I stayed in the room called “Dog Tags”. The sport shower is awesome! You can add a breakfast, charmingly served in a metal footlocker. You get a thermos of hot coffee, hot milk, orange juice, cold milk, petits pots de yaourt, baguettes, croissants, butter and jam. The property is located next door to the Overlord Museum and walking distance to the American Cemetery. "
