"Check in process was horrible, the owner said there is a laundry facility but there wasn’t one available. When we asked about they told us to go find one in the city. I booked this room specifically for the laundry facility other wise I would stay in a hotel. "

"Foi tudo excelente. O flat compartilha os mesmos serviços dos hóspedes do hotel, como recepção, arrumação do quarto, academia, etc. a sauna estava em manutenção. O café da manhã do hotel, se desejar, pode ser utilizado (pago a parte). A única queixa foi a comunicação, pois uma pessoa entrou em contato pedindo meus dados. Achei estranho mas depois entendi que era a empresa que administra o flat. "

"Moro nos USA , foi a terceira vez que me hospedei. Boa localização. Café da manhã muito bom. Os quartos precisam de um upgrade , vazamento no banheiro. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Pedi um iFood ( levaram até o quarto),o que me agradou muito . Já fiz uma nova reserva para o mês de agosto. Hotel muito prático para para estadia de 3 noites. Vou com frequência para eventos em Alphaville. Eu super recomendo pela localização e praticidade. Pra quem procura um hotel apenas para descansar e dormir é bem viável. Outra coisa que me agradou bastante foi que eles liberaram o quarto 2 horas antes do check in. Tinha acabado de chegar de um voo internacional e estava precisando de um banho e descanso . "There is no world in which this hotel is a 4-star. The rooms are poorly patched up everywhere you look. Everything is worn off. We switched rooms as in the first one half of the lights were not working as well as the A/C. In the second room several lights weren’t working either. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good, but the rooms are really ready for a serious makeover. "
