Pratique pour dormir proche de Cavaillon/Avignon, proche de l'autoroute et centre commercial. Centre de Cavaillon accessible à pied. Peu d'horaires d'accueil, quasiment aucun contact humain. La réception se fait par une borne en extérieur qui vous donnera des codes pour ouvrir la porte de l'hÎtel et de votre chambre. En revanche les chambres sont trÚs spacieuses, propre et pratiques !

HÎtel trÚs bien mais bug en cas d'arrivée tardive

Rien Ă  redire sur l'hĂŽtel en lui-mĂȘme mais gros problĂšme en cas d'arrivĂ©e aprĂšs 21h00. Aucun appel de la rĂ©ception pour transmettre le code Ă  taper sur la borne le jour d'arrivĂ©e et bien sĂ»r aucun code transmis Ă  la rĂ©servation par email avant la date du sĂ©jour. Heureusement que la responsable a vu que quelqu'un galĂ©rait devant la borne car aucun numĂ©ro d'appel en cas d'urgence n'est affichĂ© Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Cerise sur le gĂąteau, j'ai reçu 3 fois par jours, durant 3 jours, le code de rĂ©servation par email ...... mais aprĂšs le sĂ©jour !!! Il doit bien sĂ»r s'agir d'un bug informatique, par contre, l'absence d'appel de l'hĂŽtelier le jour de notre arrivĂ©e, comme cela se faire toujours, n'est malheureusement pas Ă  mettre sur le dos de ce bug .

RĂ©servation avec Hotels.com ! Arriver Ă  l'hĂŽtel la rĂ©ceptionniste m'annonce que la chambre est rĂ©servĂ© pour 2 personnes ,or j'ai effectuĂ© une rĂ©servation pour 3 personnes ! De ce fait le 3Ăšme lit en mezzanine n'Ă©tait pas fait, j'ai du le faire lors de mon arrivĂ©e. J'ai rĂ©servĂ© un petit dĂ©jeuner pour 3 personnes, mais celui-ci Ă©tĂ© servi seulement Ă  7h30 qui n'ĂȘtait pas stipulĂ© lors de la rĂ©servation via le site de ce fait nous avons pas pu prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner (30€). Avant mon arrivĂ©e j'ai voulu appeler l'hĂŽtel via un 08.... communication facturĂ©e 0,50€/minutes pour des renseignements, mon interlocuteur m'a fait patienter plus de 10 minutes qui n'a jamais abouti ! Plus de 5€ d'appel pour rien une honte !!! Le lendemain de ma nuit j'ai donc fait une rĂ©clamation pour avoir un remboursement du petit dĂ©jeuner et de l'appel, Ă  ce jour aucun retour de Hotels.com 😠. Je dĂ©conseille fortement se site et attend toujours votre retour et mon remboursement. La note d'une Ă©toile concerne Hotels.com et non pas l'hĂŽtel oĂč j'ai passĂ© la nuit.
