"This hotel is in a great Banff Downtown location, you can literally walk all over Banff downtown from this hotel. It has attached coffee shop, restaurant and an underground parking where the elevator exit is right next to the rooms. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. We will consider this hotel again as we keep going to Banff."

"The “parking availability” is very limited and slightly disappointing, especially after a very LONG drive in to Banff. We were told we would have to park offsite and then at 8 AM come to front desk to get an onsite parking spot and update our room key cards so they would operate the garage doors. Fair! But maybe that information should be made in the advertising of the hotel. At least then, guests would not be so annoyed! Just saying!"

"The hotel and grounds are maintained beautifully. We enjoyed the beautiful patio lined with gorgeous flowers at the back of the hotel and the heated pool. The Italian restaurant Castillo is great as well. Our dinner was amazing. The old grandeur of the interior design is quite impressive. We loved our stay there."

"There was no ac. We had the window open & you could hear yelling til the wee hours of the morning, which i normally don't mind because my windows are closed, but we couldn't close the window because there was no ac. Definitely not with the cost of the room."
