"It was a pleasant stay. Breakfast has something to be desired, I would prefer at least hard boiled eggs. Yoplait is not good yogurt, but that’s what they offered. Coffee was decent and coming from me, that’s saying something. The cost of my discounted hotel bill, I guess I won’t complain. The hallways were VERY WARM in the heat of the desert. I didn’t linger long in the hallways."

"Natalie and staff were helpful and polite. Fire alarms in rooms went off a couple of days during our 4 night stay due to heating food in kitchen? Pool water was dark green? Doesnt give a good impression. Perhaps pool filtering not work or perhaps it’s supposed to be that way due to extreme heat? Put up a sign?We did not ask about it. While we know it was 111 degrees in Phoenix - should the pool be emptied? We walked by it every time we entered or exited the property. The items in the lobby store were 90% emptied. If you were looking for a snack there was not one. I did not ask if there was a supplier issue there. There was always ice water available by the cup in the lobby. The staff did their best. I selected the location because it was close to a relative we were visiting."

"Mixed feelings. You get a lot for a relatively low price-namely a fridge, microwave oven and a coffee maker plus a hot breakfast. However, the rooms themselves aren't very well maintained, especially the tub and showers. Ours was clean but there was obvious overspray on a paint job on part of the wall, the paintings hanging in the room were obviously crooked-and bolted to the wall I found out when I tried to straighten them. The tub faucet was so corroded part of it was missing and had corrosion pits on it. (the last time we stayed there, the tub had some weird lining sprayed on it and it was peeling off so badly to the point we would not even use it.) The shower head and tub faucet were obviously in need of replacement. Also, the room was booked for two but there was only one wash cloth and one hand towel available. Seems like management needs to exercise better quality control over their housekeeping and repair services. Otherwise-the place is quiet and clean and has good amenities."

"For being a very affordable option and having a lot of vagriants in the area the room itself was actually very clean and comfortable parking could use a little help as well as access to the second floor having the only two stairwells going up and down one on each side in the center affects the parking and the ability to get to either side quickly if they were on this side for no doors were at it would be easier to adjust and or adding stairs in those places while keeping the center ones feels like currently it has a very tight escape plan if one needed to escape but I live on the side of paranoid thinking so"
