"Hotel was as expected for a budget hotel. Mostly clean but older. Strong perfume in lobby may be hiding other odors. Saw a bug at the breakfast area counter. Breakfast is waffles, toast, cereal. Does have McDonald's , Dollar General and groceries within a block."

"My husband and kids stayed for one night at this motel. When we checked in, they realized that they did not have a double bed room ready for us, because they had an unexpected group of people purchase a block of rooms the same night. However, the owner was extremely apologetic and made things right. They quickly cleaned a double bed room for us and ensured there were extra amenities including a coffee maker with supplies and a breakfast basket. Honestly, the room was better than some hotels that I've stayed at before. The room was very clean and had a mini fridge, microwave, and nice mattresses. It seemed like the room had been recently renovated because the flooring, paint, and other details were in excellent condition. We would for sure stay again and recommend! PS - when looking at reviews online for motels/hotels, be sure to use a site that is connected to actual stay. My understanding is that anyone can leave a review on sites like Google, so the reviewer may not have actually stayed at the location."

"I usually stay here once or twice a year. It fits what I generally need, an inexpensive room, clean with a shower and comfortable bed. I have noticed the maintenance has gone down a bit over the years. For example, in my latest stay, my romm had only 2 working electrical outlets. One part of a lamp on the left side of the bed and one across the room. The plug and light fixture on the right side were completely non-functional. The double socket in the bathroom was also non-functional. A good stay overall, but maintenance is needed in some rooms."
