"Just loud. Asked for room away from the elevator and was told it was. Nope. Toilets flush loudly you can hear it from neighboring rooms. Traffic is loud outside. Positives room was clean. Bed was good. The room had only 1 usb plug which didn’t work. Breakfast was meh. Worse than most other stays. Nice area except near highway "

"The breakfast buffet was ok but the problem was while we were eating a staff member came over to the table and handed us a bill for the breakfast. $35.00 for two. My wife got oatmeal, a yogurt cup, and tiny bowl of fruit. It’s not like we were at a 5 star restaurant, besides we have never stayed at a hotel that didn’t offer a complimentary breakfast."

"I appreciate the consistent quality of Holiday Inns, however, I do wish they would consistently offer breakfast as part of your stay. Breakfast is listed in the amenities, but is not included; a buffet breakfast can be purchased for an additional fee. The hotel was clean and the accommodations were quite comfortable with the exception of the small refrigerator not having a freezer section. The staff were friendly and lovely and I enjoyed my stay. My room had a lovely view of the Appalachian mountains to get me excited for my day of exploring."

"Totally surprised!! I was was looking for an inexpensive one night stay on my trip from New Hampshire to Alabama. I selected this one since it was about half way. The hotel was near the interstate 81. The place was VERY clean and quiet. The room was very clean and the bed was great. The front staff was extremely helpful and polite. Check in was quick and easy. I would recommend this highly!!!!"
