Warm welcome and checking in, excellent evening meal and breakfast. Staff were wonderful. To rate at excellent we would if the bed was better, a poor quality matress topper, hard pillows and we could feel the hard mattress. The room was a hard climb into the eaves. The key was missing from the key safe and having phoned the owner it turned out that a member of staff had walked off with the keys. Also no shower gel. With the kitchen being the other side of a vary thin wall i was awaken around 6am by noise in the communal kitchen.
