The Inbal Jerusalem
10/10 Excellent
"The Inbal and her staff are fantastic! From check in to check out and all parts in between, I was well taken care of. They were accommodating with special requests, allowed for a late check out so I had more time after returning from class on my departure day, and booked me a taxi to the airport that saved me time and money.
Throughout the stay, I was always greeted with a warm smile by the staff. Special thank you to .Manager Jiries, Front Desk Associate Nati amd all the staff. They made a meaningful trip extremely comfortable. I felt at home for a week long stay and I will definitely stay at the Inbal on my next visit."
"Nice hotel, centrally located. Lobby is clean big welcoming and pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable though would say the bathroom has seen better days. Floor behind and around the toilet was cracked, old looking, water damaged. The shower has a half door and water sprays out of the shower/bath when taking a shower. The breakfast is phenomenal and one of the best parts of the stay. Would stay again though would suggest an upgrade to the bathroom."
"The hotel is beautiful; the service was amazing.
Incredible pool on top of the hotel, but on Friday afternoon crazy busy.
On Sunday morning went swimming was exhilarating and quiet.
The food was amazing at the restaurant Friday night, and the lobby food was very good.
The rooms are clean, elegant, modern and nice sized.
enjoy"
