"This is a ok place. We had the bottom appartement with 2 bedrooms. There is no aircondition, and its a old and in need of maintenance. Its not a soundproof apartement….. Its close to the beach, there is a pool, parking, and one sun bed + 2 sun chairs included. The beach is crowded with beds, not a lot of free space. There is also a bar at the beach. "

"My husband and I came for a weekend with our dog. When we first arrived, I was a bit disappointed as our apartment was on the other side of the road, quite a long way from the beach. L'hotel è vicino all'autostrada per chi arriva in auto, nelle vicinanze c'è qualche bar e locali dove poter mangiare o anche la "InCoop". ll mare non è distantissimo ma se si è automuniti è meglio per raggiungere anche altre località della zona, il parcheggio per le auto fuori dalla struttura un po' scarseggia. "Our stay was off season so staff was light. What staff was there did excellent job and incredibly friendly and helpful. Property was very clean except light over stove. It’s close to the beach so floors get dusty quick. It was perfect for our pets. Beds are only OK. The pillows wonderful. Had to have maintenance up 3 times to fix flusher on toilet, fixed by 2nd day for rest of stay. Small water heater means rinse, turn off water, shampoo/soap, turn on water to rinse. I’m sure ok for summer...

"Unser Appartment kann man mit "vintage" bezeichnen: die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr funktionell. Überragend ist der Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers: er hat uns sogar erlaubt, Stühle mit an den Strand zu nehmen. Zum Frühstück gibt es warme Croissants, Brioches sowie viele gute Tipps und Hintergründe zu Region und Geschichte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !"

"Eco-resort in Follonica, private intimate beach with cabanas and bar/food service on the beach. Great restaurant if you’re a foodie ( Eaté). Family-friendly, playground and beach toys/activities. Quiet at night with pleasant live music entertainment ( not too loud) ending at 10pm. Decent suite with bath and shower, comfortable beds, big closet and good coffee machine. Great breakfast included in the stay. Would absolutely stay here again."

"I stayed in a double bedroom for 3 nights and absolutely loved the place! Has the most amazing views all around, the rooms are very cleaned and comfortable and the pool is great! If I have the chance to come back to isola d’Elba I will definitely stay here again."
