"Unfortunately there was an issue with their booking system and, although hotels,com showed that they had 3 nights free, they contacted me the morning of my stay to say they could only accommodate me for 2 nights, and I had to move for that last night, which was a bit annoying. But, saying that, the hotel was very comfortable for those 2 nights, quiet and breakfast was very tasty. And the room was very clean. "

"It’s close to the airport which is very convenient for travelers arriving early in the morning or late at night. The front desk does not operate 24/7 and you have to ring a bell on the street to get access to the property. The restroom was not clean and it looked like the common areas have not been cleaned. We found empty bottles of liquor in the common kitchen/living room area. "

"I loved this property! The thermal pools were amazing and very beautiful and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Restaurant was delicious. All around great stay. I would recommend this to any friend or family member."
