Room smells like sewage, ventilation system !!!!

Check-in time was 15:00 not as mentioned on the website and hotels.com, I waited around one hour to get in. Room was smelling and door lock for bathroom needs maintenance. Room cleaning service must be requested and not automatically!! Breakfast was good.
