"Fantastic stay. The room was as expected for a three star hotel, but the staff are incredibly generous and kind. After our train leaving was cancelled due to a strike, they allowed us to come back and store our bags and offered us the room to use, as it had not been cleaned yet. Very comforting to have people like this as our hosts."

"They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them."
