Affordable and easy access to food courts
The Front Desk Supervisor or Manager scolded her colleague in front of me. She should not be doing that in front of a customer. Overall, the place was clean, affordable and quick service response. I would recommend this place.

I booked a room for twin bed good for fax. They have confirmed my resewrvation. What was given to us is a small room with two double deck beds I suggest the CR will be equipped with a bidet hose to save tissue paper and for sanitary purposes

Terrible place to stay. Loudest exercise air conditioner, that blasted mouldy smelling air. No amenities, not even soap. Smallest possible bathroom. Foul smell from sink. No fridge. Very noisy, lift beeps herd in room every 5 sec. Street noise too. Staff not helpful, very week Internet. Booked 4 notes stayed 2, it was so bad. Much better hotel Cebu hotel plus just up road that's clean, nice and quiet. Recommend you do not stay here.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The building is conveniently located close to Fuente circle. There are shops and restaurants downstairs. There is a great pool and well equipped gym. The view was amazing, looking towards Ayala with a view of the port area too. The room is a good size. There was even a small kitchen area with sink and kettle. Drinking water was available free of charge and room service is offered. The price of the room was competitive and good value. My only complaints would be the noisy air conditioning and low water pressure. I would recommend staying here and I will definitely return.

Good location - near some shopping malls and easy to other places in the town. Hotel is very clean, quiet and good service. Supermarket and some restaurants are in the same building - very convenient. Room view and swimming pool are very nice. They provide toilet tissue, shampoo/shower lotion and towel only (no hair dryer). But with such reasonable rate, it is a good deal. I will stay this hotel again next time!

Lots of parking space inside the building. From the parking area you can go directly to your room through elevator without passing the lobby. It has a gym and infinity pool. The views are great. It has a food court and a mall connected to the hotel. It lacks toiletries. Even some budget hotels have toothbrush and soap.

Amazing view
The view from the 26th floor is amazing!!! Will surely stay again once we come back to Cebu again. Very accessible to public transport, just near the shopping mall and restaurant.

Nothing wrong if you wasn’t misled on the app, having options on breakfast to find not even a restaurant, this has no facilities, no room service, all the pictures of kitchenettes, no fridge, just a kettle and 2 cups, and 1 chair at the table, checkout day 2 and went to a hotel grrrrrrrrrr THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, JUST SPARCLEY DECORATED CONDOS.....

Arrived at property and they told us no water in building but it would be fixed that afternoon - didn't happen. Had no water for the night's stay which meant no showers in room, no washing hands, no flushing toilet. When to reception on checking out and asked about a discount due to the issues - nothing offered. He told me they were offering free breakfasts but had not informed any of the guests and it was too late for us (headed to airport). Overall thought it was really really poorly handled and they should have offered at least a partial refund due to issues.

Water pressure is too bad
We stay 4 nights !!! 1) Water pressure too low until we keep changing room because can't take shower 2) Windows without curtain, we wake up every morning 5am because of sunrise. 3) Front desk didn't answer call 4) Housekeeping forgot put towel in the room 5) On the 4th day, whole day without water supply, we can't take shower when back from beach and management ask us take at pool there, is public area without bathroom, we need naked shower there 😫😓

The stay was good overall, there were a few hiccups in regards to issues with the room but nothing too majorly as the staff fixed the issue very quickly. I stayed at the hotel for 6 days and was satisfied but I do want to give some feedback on how to improve the overall quality of the hotel. - In my room, the shower floor was not levelled and there was usually a build up of water causing the bathroom floor to be very wet. - There was a small dripping when it rained even though I was on the 27th floor. Nothing too major just tiny droplets of water, wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't under it. - The gym could use a fan or air conditioning as it was hard to work out during the day because it was very humid and would help with customers coming from a colder climate. - My toilet would easily get clogged and would not suck in water but rather just build up. had to get this fixed 3 times. - I had a balcony but couldn't access, so what's the point? -Wifi signal went from 0-100 and then 100-0. - The room should have a safe, there was a lot of space in the cupboards but felt very empty. The main highlights of the hotel are the pool, view and location. It had everything available nearby but it did not have a foreign currency exchange for AUD.

Soft launch is a bad excuse
I stayed 3 nights at the hotel in Mar/Apr 2019. They are still in midst of soft launch. There wasn’t fridge, nor hair dryer. The AC was ok. The condition of the room was ok. Not luxury enough to be charged at the full price I think, unless with much discount/promo. WiFi was a pain. We all had to clutter outside the corner of the corridor where there is a 1-seater chair for people to take turns to sit and use the WiFi. I’m lucky to be at the room nearest to the area. I merely had to place my chair behind my door to receive WiFi signals. Lighting in the bathroom was very poor. You could be showering in the dark once u close the shower curtain. No soap dispenser. No toothbrush/toothpaste. Water pressure was fine. Room was spacious and could easily place 1 more bed. The mall opened at 9am and closed at 9pm, you had to make a detour to reach the streets. Robinsons and their open air BBQ “foodcourt” was just 5-10 min walk away. For cabs, just tell them “SOHO” and they will know where to bring you. Travel information was NOT available over the concierge. They would only apologize for being the soft launch. The others time I stayed for soft launch was a hotel in Bangkok, and it was really a good experience. The only inconvenience was there may be some works in the day. Everything else was already a full fledged operational hotel.

In Philippines, Do not believe the picture whenever you book any hotels. This hotel is modified by an apartment. The location is fine and convenient, food stalls and supermarket at basement but numerous drawback everyone must take note: 1. Congested space - too small; 2. No sofa or comfortable chair; 3. Balcony is locked for safety reason so even very smaller space; 4. No heater, fridge so you cant cook or keep cold drink; 5. Cockroach is a surprise ambassador; 6. Poor wifi 7. Do not expect extra, actually they only provide a BED and TOILET that all and "As-Is"
