The hotel had no elevator and the air conditioning was not working well . The room was hot. The room was old and out dated. I rate this place 2 out 10. I checked ✔️ out after the first night. They refuse to refund me the money back for the 2 weeks i booked.

Good stay for the price
Good price for cebu but basic accomodation. Thin matress and sheets. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was good. You can walk some restaurants but you can use grab to get anywhere. Great for a cheap stay with breakfast but dont expect luxury

The Pro is Staff very polite and helpful / Safety issue rates 9/10 The Con is this property does not have elevator / Bedshheet & Towel is already won off / Water presure was extreme low on the 3rd floor is take me 30 minutes to finish my shower instead mire water being use. Not suitable for elderly guest to stay here. There are plenty of 3 Star hotel with 50 meter radius.

Great customer service from Travelbee Fuente
When i arrived around 2pm i ask the frontdesk that i will check in. When they check my confirmation number it was not listed on their reservation but they received the email from expedia meaning i have no rooms to stay to their hotel as they are fully booked. But the good side is Kimberly Tacbaya (Frontdesk of Travelbee Fuente) was very helpful finding solution where i have hopes from her that she can resolve the issue and she did. She transferred me to a different hotel which is same branch as she said. Since the distance between Travelbee Fuente and Big Hotel near Parkmall is quite far she said that Taxi Fare will be paid upon arrival at Big Hotel and yes it happened with the help of Armund. Overall, great customer service from TravelBee fuente because i am satisfied that Kimberly Tacbaya resolved the issue and i feel accommodated.

Great location, good price, terrible breakfast
The room was very clean. The air conditioner works great. It doesn't have an elavator and our room was on the 4th floor. They don't give you toiletries, other than soap as they advertise on hotels.com. The staff is not that friendly, the location is good. The breakfast isn't good at all. It's ok for the price.

This was not the Travelbee I had stayed at a few years ago which is now undergoing renovation but a completely new hotel with exceptionally well appointed rooms for a budget hotel and very conveniently located downtown very close to the Fuente area. Everything is new and well made. Of course there are a few minor niggles: mirror is in a dark corner of the bathroom which makes shaving less easy and it is easy to go one floor higher than needed as the levels are not marked. Aircon is good and there are screens at the shower windows but I did encounter a couple of mosquitos so I would recommend they sprayed the rooms.

We couldn't even get our room said it was under construction an give us the run around but i sure had to pay for the room never the less an now have to seek out a refund if possible or even at all. Horrible, the give my fience the run around before i get there an she had to get a room else where.

Basic hotel but centrally located
Basic hotel but centrally located in a good and easy to get around. Room was clean but as it is a basic hotel no extra amenities available. No lift in the hotel either and is 4 storeys so only good if you can walk up stairs and carry your own bag. Very basic breakfast offered as well.

DANGEROUS - Turning away pregnant woman
DISGUSTING - They turned away my 23 week pregnant girlfriend! Even we booked in advance and they never informed us, they overbooked the hotel and turned away my 23 week pregnant girlfriend. They sent her to another hotel on a street with no streetlight and a place she felt scared in. I have never experiensed anything simular before. If you care at all about your safety and dont want them to send you to a dangerous nabourhood, then select another hotel. A complaint about this has also been sent to hotels.com

zentrales - gutes Hotel
Das Travel bee kann man an diesem Standort nur loben. Gutes WiFi, warmes Wasser, Klimaanlage und gutes Bett. Alles was man braucht in dieser preiskategorie Um Glücklich zu sein. Es ist für den reinen Transfer etwas ab vom Schuss, wenn man aber etwas von Cebu city sehen möchte oder die Stadt erleben will kann man das hier getrost tun.

Hotel à prix très raisonnable.
Qualités: Rapport prix prestation excellent. Pour la première fois dans cet hotel. Je suis resté une nuit de plus. Hotel et personnel accueillants, Terrasse en plein air, agréable, tranquille. Inconvénients: Accès un peu compliqué quand on ne connaît pas. Accès aux étages sans ascenseur, difficile avec des bagages lourds. Petit-déjeuner filipino seulement.

Wi-Fiだけは強く良い点です。エアコンもOK。 しかし予約をした部屋はシングル2台ベットだったが、ホテルはシングルの予約。追加料金を支払う羽目に。。エクスペディアの予約サイトとホテルの連携が取れていない。 朝食はソーセージと目玉焼きとご飯だけです。チョイスはありません。 部屋にセーフティーBOXはなし、エレベーターなし。ただ泊まるだけのホテルです。掛け布団は無くシーツが掛布団です。 間違いなく、すぐに寂れたローカルホテルとなるでしょう。
