• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• Heating fee: EUR 20 per accommodation, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for continental breakfast: from approximately EUR 10 per person
• Pet fee: EUR 20 per pet, per day (maximum EUR100 per stay)
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Cleaning/housekeeping/linen fee: EUR 20 per day
• Air conditioning fee: EUR 20 per day
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 22.0 per day
• Cleaning supplies fee: EUR 25 per stay
