Free breakfast is always nice, but the options were much less than other hotels, and did not match the above average description given on the website.

Radisson Hotel Cedar Rapids
They have been in a remodeling stage for a month or two. Very little noise do to construction, so they have planned well. The rooms are nice, gym, pool, bar. Is a nice hotel, downside for me it has gotten expensive for me being there for work for the past month.
