The room was very humid, there wasn’t always someone at the front desk depending on the time, and we even got a call before checkout asking if we were leaving early. "We booked a two night stay for my son’s tournament and when we got there, the tournament director told us we were at a different location 30–40 minutes away. We explain this to the staff and said Expedia would allow a refund if the hotel approved it. The staff said there shouldn’t be any problem because we didn’t stay there and never even use the room. They said I would just have to clear it with the manager, Vinny Patel. The staff left multiple messages with Vinny and I called back at least five times, left messages each time. Vinny was never available and never returned my calls. We were stuck with the bill for a room we never used. I do not recommend this hotel due to be poor customer service. The highest level of employee at that location (in the hospitality business of all things) couldn’t even give us the courtesy of a phone call."
