"This was my second time staying at this hotel for a work trip and I really enjoyed it again. It is conveniently located very close to the airport and around the corner from Mall of America. The front desk receptionist could’ve been a bit friendlier but she was OK…just needs to smile more. Also, I didn’t recall from my first stay paying for parking and was a bit surprised that a hotel in this location charges for parking. But is stay here again."

"My second time staying here, this time I had rented a car, they have a lot right behind the hotel. The front desk person that checked me in was fantastic, I had had a rough go of it with Budget rent a car , it was raining & the gentlemen that checked me in couldn't have been nicer. The bartender Patrick, was nice & friendly and made a bad day end well. I ate at the bar & couldn't have been happier. The rooms are large & comfy, I'll definitely be back. K.Camera"

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was a real treat, offering many options. We plan to stay here in the future when visiting the area. We forgot to get our clothes from the closet at check out, and upon leaving, the receptionist was kind enough to walk back to our room with us to unlock the door. She did not act like we were putting her out, even though she was very busy at that moment. I'm sorry, but I did not think to get her name. We checked out at 7:45 on Sunday, October 4th."
