"The pool was not heated instead it was extremely cold on a colder day which was not pleasant. Initially we booked because we knew the weather would be kinda cooler and windy so when we seen it was heated we were sold, but since it wasn’t we didn’t stay by the pool long and instead went back to our room with upset kids. "

"Rhe forst thing we noticed was rhe smell of the hotel. As soon as you walk in you get punched in the face with the smell of cleaning chemicals in the lobby. And it was even worse in the actual hotel rooms. They then sent us to the wrong room (smaller room than the one we paid for), once we did get the correct room there was hair in the shower and on the floor in a couple spots. Rotten food, dog hair, and a few other things under the ac unit, sticky residue on the table and leg rest, stains on both different chairs In the room. On top of these things the automatic curtains didnt work, and the room was right next to the pool, the gym, and the houskeeping staff room. We then canceled our almost week long stay, which was a 30 minute process as they needed to confirm the things we were saying was true. Even after this it took 5 days for us to get a confirmation from the hotel that we would get 4 out of our 5 nights of stay refunded."

"Average hotel, looks like it was remodeled around 10-15 years ago. It's decently clean, can't say I agree with the 8-9 exceptional score listed on Hotels.com reviews. Bathroom tiles were loose in the floor and the shower looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in months. Pool was inoperative, only one working elevator that led to musty smelling lobbies. Would not recommend to anyone unless desperately needing a room to stay. "

"When I arrived the property were two hotels in one. I checked in with no problem but when I went into my room, there were some many issues. I had 15 issues with this thing wrong in my room and they didn’t do anything to help the situation better. "
