"Property was much better than one would expect from a value brand hotel. Especially helpful was the 24 hour staffed lobby, extended hours every day for the breakfast, 24 hour coffee in the lobby, friendly/helpful lobby staff, clean carpets and bedding. The only thing showing did not directly affect me, but is still concerning, and that is deferred maintenance: Broken toilet seat, sticky bathroom door, leaking faucet outside of my hotel room, barely hanging on door security chain on my door, and so on."
