"Room full of little bugs and crab,staff don’t care about anything no blanket was a nightmare after 2 nights finally they move us to another hotel call acuario in dorado .100% no recommended "

"The fridge, coffee maker and closet are in the bathroom with the toilet & shower…not exactly convenient if you’re not alone. The bathroom door has gaps so very little privacy. The room lock malfunctions so you need the room key to lock the door. There’s only 1 elevator working. The partial ocean view is 10% - the roof and buildings are the remaining 90%! There’s no restaurant in the hotel so the “breakfast” pictured is for the hotel across the street. The only thing this hotel has is a muffin and coffee bar. The big 5-Star is their staff! They’re friendly and so accommodating! They’re thorough with cleaning, service and extremely knowledgeable about the area."
