"Wasn’t our first visit, won’t be our last! We love this resort. Perfect for couples and families. Has never been overcrowded or difficult to enjoy the property and amenities. Restaurants are solid. Coffee shop and market are amazing and super convenient. Rooms are great (both the bungalows and riserva). Love that the main pool is 24 hours. Beach access is easy and comfortable. If you book through Expedia, you’ll be charged an OTA fee. Ours was $117/day."

"Just don't do it. Hotel was pretty, room was also pretty, so its a shame. Very poor management. Strong perfume smell in lobby (stronger than victoria secret smell), rooms werent ready so they vaccumed and steam cleaned AROUND us as we tried to snooze in the lobby at 2:30/3pm in the afternoon. Painting hallways on the room floors - again - middle of the day during a full spring break season with children - so sign, no fan, and no windows could open so there was a strong paint smell. We were gone all day and rooms still werent cleaned by 3pm - we were told 5pm was the allowable cutoff. Cleaning was average. only one person did the usual "hotel" stuff like folding over the toilet tissue and making the room feel "done". "buffet breakfast" was really "continental breakfast" - didnt even include the usual batch of scrambled eggs. it was so diappointing, we didnt bother to go back after the first morning. The AC in the room could not be lowered or shut off so the tech said we could just turn the circuit breaker off - yet the room was still abnormally cold while it was 85 degrees outside. Pool was nice, but only good till around 3-ish, b/c the sun gets blocked by a huge parking garage. I did speak to management, but i booked through expedia, so they couldnt do much for us financially. disappointed with this hotel, especially considering the HIGH price "

"The carpet was filthy dirty to the point that our feet soles turned black. The reception was in a strange setup. Breakfast was terrible. Way too expensive for what we got. "

"The pool was beautiful. Hotel was clean and fun! Staff by the pool were awesome. I would love to see more water stations around the property."

"Absolutely loved this place. Yes, it’s dated. But it had everything i needed to make my quick getaway enjoyable. A special thank you to Louis at the pool side bar. He was incredible. So attentive and thoughtful. 10/10 service from him. Pools. Jacuzzi. Beach. Everything in walking distance. Not much else you could ask for. Also, thank you to Melany, Angel and Andres for the daily text check ins and quick fixes when needed. Definitely returning. "
