"First time in PR and we are so glad we chose this hotel!! Let's start off with the staff! Very friendly and helpful! They gave us a warm welcome and even recommended places to check out while we were vacationing. The rooms-clean and updated! We had a nice view of the beach and the Carolina skyline! They gave us fresh towels and replenished necessities in the room without asking. The location-awesome spot in Isla Verde! You're walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach and the hotel has a designated space for it's guests at the beach (which helps because it does get crowded). They provide beach chairs and umbrellas and drink service. You're also walking distance from many restaurants and bars along the main street so you always have options if you're just trying to stay close and still experience things. We didn't get to eat at the restaurant upstairs but we did check out the rooftop bar. Real nice view and great drinks. There's a pool on the second floor as well as a rooftop pool... Didn't use it since we would rather be at the beach. Overall great hotel and amenities. Convenient location and amazing staff. Would stay here again"
