Muy sucio y sin vigilancia, sábanas sin planchar.

Pésimo hotel, muy sucio, sin personal de vigilancia, una sola persona hace las habitaciones, te atiende en recepción, te atiende para desayunar, ella muy amable, pero el hotel no tiene nada que ver con las fotografías, está muy descuidado, algún animal deben tener sus colchones, me salieron puntitos en la piel. La alberca está vacia. Horrible y feo el hotel, nada recomendable para ir en familia.

De verdad tres estrellas y media?

Días antes de arribar, intenté en diversas ocasiones corroborar algunas especificaciones de mi reservación directo con el personal del hotel y siempre me respondían que "tenían problemas para ver las reservas de Expedia", finalmente cuando llegamos no tenían registrado el itinerario, aunque ya se había hecho el cargo a mi tarjeta. En el fin de semana que nos hospedamos hubo un evento, y jamás nos preguntaron si nosotros veníamos como parte de ese grupo, por lo que fue imposible descansar con la música y la gente invitada, habría sido mejor que nos dieran habitaciones localizadas al fondo y no frente al salón. Incluso, ese día fue muy difícil encontrar lugar para estacionarnos porque todo el espacio era para los vehículos del evento. Las habitaciones tienen humedad, y aunque no huelen mal, tienen un aspecto viejo y de mucha falta de mantenimiento. El lobby no es nada acogedor y tiene aspecto pasado de moda. En la recepción el personal tenía mala actitud, y en el momento del check-out es irreal que detengan a las personas por más de 10 minutos únicamente para que ellos "verifiquen" que todo esté bien en los cuartos al entregarlos, más bien deberían preocuparse por tenerlos en buenas condiciones y no como se encuentran.

Tuve una pésima impresión, de hecho ni me quedé, me dio mucho asco la habitación, las sábanas estaban sucias y olían muy mal, sabrá Dios después de cuantos huéspedes las lavan, ya imagino lo demas yo no vuelvo.

Good hotel for just sleeping in. I was on business in Celaya and this was a great location to simply come to sleep and have a clean place. Not recommended for visiting with family or for vacations. Great they have a full restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
