"A simple room in a small 5 room hotel right on the beach. The town of Celestun is friendly to visitors and tourists but not overrun with them. it has a genuine feel of a small Mexican fishing village and visitors intermingle comfortably with the inhabitants. interesting biological reserve adjacent to town has numerous bird and amphibious species, and dolphins can be see swimming near the pier that juts into the ocean where local fishermen and residents gather every day and evening.
