"I liked this place, staff were very friendly and we were offered cold water and/or coffee upon arrival. Keys are a bit sticky in the street entry door and door to the hotel inside. Also, this hotel is located on the second floor and has a small, slow lift (not uncommon in Italy in my experience). Lighting in the rooms was able to be cycled through normal and coloured ambient lighting which was nice and relaxing. Room was spacious and had a balcony, air con worked well. "I don’t think I can fault this hotel! The hotel and facilities are breathtaking, but more importantly for me was the professionalism of the staff and how helpful they were! We had an early train trip and they organised my taxi and gave us a breakfast box to takeaway. I’m looking forward to exploring the other hotels when we come back to Italy. "
