"The hotel is nice. It’s clean and well maintained. Maid service daily. The beds are comfortable and the rooms seemed to be soundproof for the most part. It’s just a few minutes walk from the city center. And there is parking if needed. The only negatives were (1) no fridge in room ((2) no lamps only bright overhead lighting (3) rooster on property who woke us up daily at 330am till about 530am. If you can live with those things it’s a great little hotel for a reasonable price. I’d stay again. "

"The room we had was average. The bathroom was tiny. However, the hotel’s location is excellent. The restaurant was superb for dinner and breakfast. Beautiful hotel grounds. "

"The rooms were beautiful n had a patio to sit on and the location was remote but great Rooms did not have tea or coffee or even hot water so we requested hot water which they gave us. The people mostly speak local dilect and the hotel was a little tricky to find. There are cenotes on and near the property that made it special If you want quiet and secluded location of peace and quiet, this is the right place. Its an hour plus from chichen itza and 25 mins from Valladolid"

"I wasn’t totally sure what to expect and I’m not sure how this hotel compares to others in the area, but my kids and I felt it was ok. Not great, not bad. Though, it was a bit rougher than we’re used to, even compared to budget hotels in the US. There wasn’t really hot water for showering. We didn’t use the pool, so I can’t comment on that. The onsite restaurant was ok, but a bit overpriced for what it was."
