"The room itself was nice and clean except the bathroom. The corners were dirty, could use some major updating and it wasn’t stalled with towels or bathroom tissue. The outdoor pool was available and let off an outhouse floor fowl oder. The hallways and front desk looked extremely worn out and tile pieces broken and missing. The main entry door was broken and dint open or close. The elevator needed some major cleaning from top to bottom. Didn’t even want to touch the buttons to use it. "

"Clean room and friendly check in. Breakfast area was extremely busy and food was not replenished adequately, but what was available was absolutely delicious. The outside area had a bad smell that carried in through the ac unit."

"Room was filthy. Toilet was clogged and we had to go ask for toilet paper. Tv was unplugged and water was shut off to the sink. The microwave only had one knob that worked. There was also a wet plastic bag and wet toilet paper wadded up in the shower. Took the staff an hour after we checked in to resolve any of the issues."

"Rooms are filthy,not cleaned out from the last guest's. Doors don't have security locks. Pile of someone's clothes and undergarments were in the stairs the duration of the stay. Beds are horrible, steel frames with about 2" of nasty uneven covering. Bathroom sink looked like someone threw up in it, and it was left that way. Floor tiles in the room were cracked, missing pieces and filthy with some kind of dried fluid stains and debris all over. Rear window had no screen and the room was full of bugs and mosquitoes. When I asked for the manager, the clerk said that they don't give the managers name or number to anyone. I chose to sleep in my truck rather than probably catching some diseases spending any more time at the Nampa Inn and Suites."

"Quick overnighter, check in was very smooth, the clerk is great at her job, friendly and knowledgeable. Great recommendation for a dinner spot!! Room was clean, bed comfortable, and nice and quiet! "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the last couple of years. About 3 months ago I noticed the cleanliness and condition of the rooms declining. This weekend it was very dirty. Nobody cleaned behind the bathroom door and the hallway needed vacuuming. I don’t leave reviews often and I’m not picky, but this was disappointing."

"My review is based upon disappointing housekeeping services. I was asked upon check in for my 2 night stay if I wanted housekeeping service. I said yes please. I was very disappointed to come back to the room in the evening to find no service has been performed. AND when I called down to the front desk to ask for clean towels I was informed I needed to bring down my dirties to be exchanged!!! That is extremely poor service. No, I will not stay here again and it is highly unlikely that I will consider staying at a Best Western in the future."
